- To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through livechats & emails to the client’s B2B customers.
- Work closely with our partners to support our advertising customers and deliver consultative support and education on our client’s products
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
- Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study
- Prior 1 year of CS experience
- Experienced in handling live chat/web chat/chat bots will be advantageous
- Able to communicate effectively in English
