Executive/Senior Executive, Academic (Undergraduate Studies)

The SPMS Academic (Undergraduate Studies) office is looking for a responsible and performance-driven individual, with a can-do spirit, to join them. The incumbent is required to support the team on all undergraduate students’ matters and work with different stakeholders for the smooth delivery of academic related services (curriculum management, course registration, assessment matters etc), to enhance student’s learning journey.
Responsibilities
Programme Operations: Academic Services
- Curriculum Management
- Semester Timetabling and Course Registration
- Examination Matters
- Internship and exchange coordination FYP/IRP/URECA matters
- Maintain website content
- Process LOA, Course Change, Exemption, reinstatement etc
- Student Feedback Matters
- Maintain proper documentation, archival and updates of UG materials e.g. study plan, syllabus etc
Other duties
- Work on initiatives on improving the current processes
- Deliver a superior level of customer service and programme satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in any ad hoc matters as delegated as required
Requirements
- Diploma or higher degree, in any discipline
- Responsible and reliable
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Highly organized and has good time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Team player and able to work with all levels of staff
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Able to work in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment
- Apt at problem solving and improves processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Has a thirst for learning and able to apply knowledge and skills to improve quality of work
- Project management skills (not necessary but will be good to have)
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills (not necessary but will be good to have)
