Banquet Captain job in Singapore at SUTL MARINA DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of desk administration such as preparing food tag, filling all the event order to the date accordingly.
• To organize casual staff reporting for work at minimum cost. Look out for their punctuality and formalities.
• Take charge of linen inventory at all times
• Ensure cleanliness at ballroom, back area and store room at all time
• To collect food & beverage and general supplies requisition as allocated duties.
• To perform secondary duties as required by the superiors.
• To report all guest complaints to his superior promptly.
• To have complete knowledge of all menu items.
• To attend daily briefing & training classes.
• To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
• To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• To be aware of the procedure concerning club fire & life safety/ emergency procedures.
• To apply the necessary precautions with regards to the club food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Should possess preferably O/N Level and above.
