Associate Engineer (Service Provisioning - NBAP)


To be responsible for fulfilling NBAP service requests from our customers; including working together with the support from internal and external teams to resolve provisioning issues as part of a member of Service Provisioning Department.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor end-to-end tracking of orders to ensure timely and accurate updates of works progress.
  • Provide timely, accurate and quality of works progress updates to Requesting Licensees.
  • Resolving all issues due to network/system timeout and system failure.
  • To go on-site if needed to tackle site issues or requested by Requesting Licensees.
  • Liaise with Requesting Licensees/Contractor/ internal stake holder on NBAP projects or work orders.
  • Liaise with contractors, Requesting Licensees and internal IT Team to resolve technical problems encountered by order provisioning.
  • Handles claims from and payment to contractors.
  • Material balance planning to balance the supply of available materials with targeted outputs.
  • Improving NBAP processes through internal meeting with relevant departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Nitec/ Diploma in IT/ Engineering or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP / Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and organized - ability to plan and schedule
  • Team player and Independent
  • Customer-oriented
