SUMMARY:

The HR Officer provides administrative support for day to day operations of the HR functions. He/ She will be assigned to support in the areas of recruitment and employee engagement activities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support recruitment function and onboarding activities

  • Proper documentation and filing of HR related documents

  • Manage general day to day staffing matters

  • Manage the medical and insurance portfolio

  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher NITEC

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Preferably with Admin/ HR experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge in Employment Act
