Job Description

  • Learn and perform service and kitchen staff duties
  • Serve guests efficiently and cater to special requests of guests
  • Provide guidance to waiter/waitresses to meet the needs of guests
  • Maintain quality of perishable items
  • Knowledge of preparation of food and inventory levels of the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met according to Company’s requirements
  • Participate in safe work practices and food handling practices
  • Can cooperate well within a team and possess a strong sense of safety awareness
  • Maintain strict standards for holding timing of dishes, service speed and quality, raw and furnished product quality
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Branch Manager

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • 5/ 5.5 days work week
