Accounts cum Admin Assistant (Full-Time)

Availability: Immediate



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Organized & Meticulous
  • Dependable and Punctual 
  • Team Player



  • Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department
  • Assists with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Perform other basic accounting-related responsibilities when required
  • Ensure compliance with financial and group policies to maintain good internal control system
  • Updated and current with MAS, IRAS and relevant governmental policies
  • Report to Senior Accountant / CEO
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
