Position Level: Entry Level, Experienced

Qualification: ITE/ NITEC/ Higher NITEC, Diploma

Job Nature: Permanent, Part Time


Job responsibilities

Operations support: 
  • Provide support to Underwriting team
  • Manage filing system, ensuring all documents are promptly and correctly filed in soft copies according to the filing system in place
  • Checking the front sheet info to policy details
  • Scanning / printing of internal and external correspondence
  • Putting policies into renewals (monthly task)
  • Saving PDFs to the system
  • Updating of Premium Bordereau (Register) for the Facility/ Consortium

Finance & Administration Support: 

  • Carrying out general administration duties
  • Assisting the day-to-day office management (Travel arrangement, ordering stationery, office refreshments, printing, scanning & filing, office housekeeping etc)
  • Assisting with day-to-day running of the accounts department
  • Processing payments
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when required


Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Part-time and full-time position available
