  • Support Recruiters in coordination of interviews involving various parties, through different platforms (face-to-face/ phone/ webex etc), across time zones and locations;
  • Liaise with candidates on interview schedules, attend to simple queries and follow-up on documentation; and
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as assigned

Working hours:

  • 5 Day Work Week
  • 9am – 6.30pm



  • $8 Per Hr



  • Able to multi-task and work independently with little or no supervision
  • Well organized and enjoy administrative challenges
  • Able to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible and proactive under pressure
  • Resourceful and efficient, with a high level of confidentiality
  • Good verbal communication skills in English
