The Job

The Marketing Campaign Manager will Project manage all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives, are delivered on time and within budget 

You are responsible for:

  • Ideating, strategizing, conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns designed for user acquisition 
  • Overseeing the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to
  • Recruiting, briefing and managing contract or freelance staff to work on campaigns
  • A/B testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
  • Continuously assessing and reporting on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary 
  • Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations
  • Working closely with internal content team and management to understand the product and how the Company can best be positioned 
  • Contributing your ideas on how to improve in general as a brand and business

  • You have a good understanding of current marketing trends
  • You have a strong technical ability and marketing platform experience
  • You are highly results-oriented with an instinct for ROI analysis 
  • Having a professional background within technology, start-ups or media is helpful 
  • You have lots of curiosity and are resilient
