The Job

You will act as a Sales Advisor for customers and product/service experts in promoting the strategic roadmap of the portfolio.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Engaging in the sales process in strategic discussions on roadmap, solutions and thought-leadership/strategy with prospects.
  • Working with other SME resources on complex deals to bring multiple DN products or services to clients while collaborating with Solution Sales Experts.
  • You will act as a Solution architect in shaping deals, best practice and solution blueprints.
  • Assisting with scoping discussions and delivering functional specifications for product or service integrations to third party systems.
  • Constantly monitoring solution portfolio for changes / additions and impact to different environments.
  • Engaging with solution enablement functions on the client and team to develop an enablement plan.
  • Assist in sales enablement training, as well as roadshow and workshops in the Customer Experience Centers.
  • Work with Solution Sales Executives on new opportunities within the new portfolio of products.
  • Responds to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs with Solution Sales Executives.
  • Provide industry and domain expertise to clients.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in the Retail Self-checkout (SCO) industry with a focus on software and services solutions.
  • You have the creativity needed to understand market trends and identify new solutions to satisfy those needs
  • You have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding performance objectives
  • You possess a high level of demonstrated leadership, oral and written communication, presentation, critical thinking and strategic planning skills
  • You are assertive, influential and able to motivate all levels of associates, peers and executive leadership
  • You are adept at team building and collaborating.
  • You have deep knowledge about Retail Self-checkout (SCO) industry and related typical business processes. 
  • You have excellent conceptual and technical understanding of Retail Self-checkout (SCO) domain of expertise.
  • You have teh required knowledge about state-of-the-art software trends and technologies.
  • You have the ability to identify, structure and articulate solutions both tactically and strategically; with the ability to recognize patterns of needs.
  • You are proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Skype, and Zoom.
  • You are experienced with a CRM system, preferably
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills and are capable of working in virtual and international teams.
  • You have strong competence in customer facing environment and the ability to communicate to executives on specific practice from a business perspective.
