The Job

As a Social Media Manager, you will own, implement and drive the social media and influencer/KOL marketing strategies for the region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Development, execution and measurement of content on social media platforms and our influencer marketing.
  • Work with our international markets to create and optimize brand and campaign related content that drives engagement and performance.
  • Work together to plan the campaign and content calendar.
  • Measure the effectiveness of social and influencer activity, using learnings to iterate your strategy where necessary.
  • Lead social media and competitor analytics to drive performance across countries.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
  • You love creating content in different formats on different social media platforms from IG and YouTube to TikTok
  • You enjoy working with influencers and can leverage your social as well as your analytical skills to drive performance via this important channel
  • You envision being an advocate for the company in social media spaces, and interacting with our users
  • You stay up to date on social media trends by conducting regular competitor analysis and keep up with latest social media products
  • You have a strong analytical, tracking and reporting skills, and familiar with social media analytics tools
  • You are a self-starter, motivated and result-oriented team player
  • You are curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
