Our client is a well established IT Consulting & Resourcing firm with a strong focus on digital transformation. They are well known across Asia Pacific for their specialist SAP Consultants and Digital Transformation experts.

The Job

You will be a part of the APAC IS&T Customer Systems team who manage Contact Centre Technologies (CCTech) and CRM application initiatives.

You will be responsible for Singapore based operations related to supporting CCTech initiatives, as they relate to the Voice Platform, working with the global and regional teams to identify and define deliverables. This includes:

  • Supporting the Company's SIP environment, Call Routing platform, Session Border Controller (SBC), SIP Endpoints, and the tools to monitor, alert, and troubleshoot the solutions.
  • Ownership and management of the Company's Voice & CCTech environment readiness to ensure application and hardware deployment is optimized and appropriately scaled to meet business needs.
  • Providing technical (Level 2/Level 3) operational support of the end-to-end Contact Centre Voice solution, taking ownership of mitigation, resolution and follow up for impactful P1/P0 incidents and lower priority recurring issues.
  • Providing project and release go-live support for Customer System Applications.
  • Understanding available solutions and be aware of best practices within the industry.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Staying on a support rotation (including weekends), as part of a global 24*7 support team.

The Profile

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 6 years experience, ideally within a similar role.
  • Expertise in VOIP is a must.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
