Our client is a leading regional player and well-known employer in logistics & E-commerce. They put people at the heart of their business and are expanding their teams in Singapore.

 

The Job

The Regional Key Account Manager will manage and maximize business result from the assigned regional accounts and business development through a combination of world-class account management, business development, and consultative selling.

You are responsible for:

  • Developing relationships and effective solutions, retention and customer satisfaction, in order to achieve the assigned sales, volume and financial targets. 
  • Developing, managing and executing a regional account development plan in accordance with goals and objectives for the account.
  • Acquisition of new business, maintenance of existing business and maintaining or improving profitability.
  • Sell end-to-end Ecommerce Logistics solutions; both from a technology and logistics perspective.
  • Providing information and analysis on opportunities, issues, trends and financial results inclusive of identification of alternatives and options.
  • Developing and driving a regional/global account engagement strategy, including the virtual network of local account managers in several Asia Pacific countries and levels.
  • Ensuring the accounts are serviced and managed properly and is positioned to grow and gain profitability.

 

The Profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience within ECommerce or International brands 
  • You are experienced in corporate sales or APAC sales
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
