The Job
The role will partner cross-functionally with the Creative, Digital Product, Data Science and Brand teams.

The CRM Manager will be developing a lifecycle marketing strategy using CRM channels such as email, SMS, Push, and ensuring that all campaigns are built and executed in line with their brand values.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to convert new users to first order, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle.
  • Leveraging marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention and acquisition.
  • Managing the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for assigned work flows.
  • Establishing, reporting on, and improving KPIs for all campaigns / communications.
  • Acting as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert.
  • Using data science and collaborating with creative & brand teams to understand consumer segmentation / behaviour & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing.
  • Working with the deployment, content and creative teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns using their internal and external tools.
  • Documenting strategies and their effectiveness
  • Partnering with other teams to ensure communications are on-brand and impactful.
  • Developing HTML emails using HTML, CSS, and media queries
  • Understanding industry best practices related to email development
  • Developing Responsive/adaptive email experience
  • Implementing proficient email programs within ESP tool limitations

The Profile

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You have 5 years experience in the customer marketing, customer communications, or the customer engagement space
  • You are a highly organised, data driven, strategic and execution-driven team player with a desire to work in a growing company.
  • You have an excellent track record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels
  • You have excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
  • You are skilled at planning, organising, prioritising, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
  • You have prior experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
  • You have a strong hold on data analysis and border-line obsession with attention to detail
