Description:

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to support desk
• Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users
• Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users
• Conduct training for users on the use of the applications
• Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications
