The Job

 

You will be responsible for :

  • Defining and developing a community management strategy.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and identify best practices to maintain a strong community spirit.
  • Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation such as organising online events and partnerships.
  • Generating creative content to share across multiple platforms and forums.
  • Monitoring and optimising community engagement levels to ensure that targets are met.
  • Preparing proposals and project reporting.

 

The Profile

 

  • You have at least 2 years experience in a Community Management or similar role.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are passionate about spreading empowerment in the community.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
