Responsibilities

Handle patient registration, queue management, appointment rescheduling
Manage crowd to ensure social distancing is adhered to
Direct patients to respective waiting areas within the vaccination ops facilities
Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Min GCE "N" Level and above
Customer service experience required
Willing to walk and stand for long hours, dealing with patients in close contacts and comfortable to work in a clinical settings
Able to commence work immediately / short notice
