We are looking to hire Contract/Temp Patient Service Associate (Healthcare) for various reputable healthcare organisations!

Job Description:

Basic administrative and customer service duties
Attend to enquiries from calls promptly and follow up when required
Attend to customer enquiries/feedback on the healthcare services
Registration of patients/clients
Guiding patients/clients to do self-registration
Update complete and accurate information into the system

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5pm
Saturdays: 8.30am to 12pm

Requirement:

Min. N Levels and above
Bubbly, friendly personality
Eye for details
3-6 months commitment (might be extendable)
Need to cope with OT if needed
